Hawker 800B
The Hawker 800 is a mid-size corporate aircraft developed from the British Aerospace BAe 25 by Hawker Beechcraft. The Hawker 800B was the European version of this aircraft model.
The Hawker 800B includes increased wingspan, streamlined nose, tail-fin extension, increased fuel capacity, an EFIS cockpit, and upgraded engines. It has a number of modifications and changes over the Model 700, the most noticeable being the redesigned cockpit windscreen. Accompanying this are a modified rear fuselage fairing, as well as a glass cockpit and upgraded Honeywell TFE731-5R engines with 4,600 pounds of thrust. British Aerospace also improved the wing by incorporating new outer wing sections. This reduced drag and improve aerodynamic efficiency.
