Gulfstream G-280

Many private jet buyers have found the Gulfstream G280 to be the ultimate blend of super-midsize cabin space, performance, and efficiency. Introduced in 2008 and U.S.-certified in in 2012, the G280 sports an entirely new wing derived from the larger Gulfstream G550, while the fuselage offers more cabin headroom than that aircraft. In testing, the G280 demonstrated a range of 3,600 nm at Mach 0.80 with four passengers and NBAA IFR reserves, offering the range and speed to fly from London to New York, or Singapore to Dubai. The aircraft also features Gulfstream’s “100 percent fresh air system,” and the Honeywell environmental control and cabin pressurization system keeps the cabin altitude at 7,000 feet while cruising at FL450.
